What are your delivery times?
The Bridal and Couture pieces can range from 6 to 9 months. Each customized item depends on requested fabrications or custom embroidery. Our team will work to provide you with the best options.
How much will shipping cost?
Each item is prepped by our team and ships at the clients request. Pricing will vary upon specifications for the shipment.
Do you offer International and Domestic shipping?
Yes, upon request.

How can I return my order?
Ready to Wear items are available for exchange/refund within 14 days.
All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 2-3 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Ready to Wear items can be exchanged within 14 days. Please refer to the return policy for more information.
Can my item be repaired in store?
Items can be brought for repair or alterations within 6 months of the order date.
